The location is fantastic being close to many coffee shops, restaurants, and the city center, also the staff were very helpful.

The room we had included an iron, coffee and tea making facilities, and television. City view was a bonus. Everyone from the staff was excellent.

Our single room included coffee/tea making machines, multi-channel television, and a seating area. The vibe here was quiet. Also, free Wi-Fi worked in public areas.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! First of all, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. The location was perfect, with the city center just a short walk away. The rooms on the 4th floor were clean and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a cozy stay. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast options available each morning, a great way to start the day!

Great location close to the old town and convenient for exploring. The room size was good and provided everything we needed. We also enjoyed the great view from the balcony.

The room decor felt old and outdated and there was no ventilation, which made the air very humid and uncomfortable. The mattresses were hard and the noise isolation was almost non-existent, which made it hard to sleep at night. we were disappointed with the standard of the room.

The receptionists were especially accommodating and took the time to show us around and answer our questions. Additionally, the room was clean and had nice Arabic decor.

This hotel is situated in a great location, near the heart of the town and the bustling medina. the rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds, and some even have a balcony overlooking the street. the staff is friendly and helpful, offering recommendations on local eateries and attractions. guests can enjoy a nice view from the rooftop terrace.

The upkeep of the fixtures and fittings could be improved, leaving the hotel with a tired appearance.

The view from the balcony was superb, and the friendly staff were always happy to help us with our questions. the central location of the hotel made it easy for us to explore the city, and we enjoyed the comfortable bed and spacious room.

Our stay at Regina was delightful. The breathtaking terrace view showcased the beauty of the city. The receptionists went above and beyond to assist us, showing us local food spots and even though my Arabic wasn't the best, they were patient and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.
